These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fbjee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to all users of the fbjee platform, including visitors who browse the site and registered members who place bets, play casino games, claim bonuses, or conduct financial transactions. By accessing fbjee at fbjee.vip and using any of its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

fbjee reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of fbjee is lawful in your jurisdiction. fbjee does not make any warranty or representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific location.

   You must not be a current employee, director, agent or immediate family member of an employee of fbjee or any of its affiliate companies, game providers or technology partners.

   You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party. You must not use the platform for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any business without the prior written consent of fbjee.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one account on fbjee only. Opening multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited. To register, you must provide accurate and complete information.

   You must provide a valid mobile phone number that is registered in your own name. This number is used for account verification, password recovery and payment processing. Providing a false or third-party number constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any one-time verification codes with any other person. Any activity that occurs on your account using your credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.

   fbjee reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any point. This may include requesting a copy of a national identity card, passport, or any other government-issued document. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time will result in account suspension pending verification.

   If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify fbjee immediately by emailing [email protected]. fbjee will suspend the account for investigation and work with you to restore secure access. fbjee will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you failed to report a known or suspected breach promptly.

   Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. fbjee will make reasonable efforts to notify you before applying any dormancy policy. Any balance remaining in a dormant account will be preserved in full and will be returned to the player upon request and successful identity verification.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

fbjee supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform.

fbjee offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions. Where a specific promotion has its own additional terms, those terms will be published alongside the promotion and will take precedence over this general section in the event of any conflict.

   All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.

   Bonus funds and any winnings accrued from bonus play may not be transferred to another player or another account. Bonuses are credited in BDT and have no cash equivalent prior to the completion of all applicable wagering requirements.

   fbjee reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any promotional offer, or reclaim bonus winnings without notice if there is reason to believe that the bonus has been claimed fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or through the use of more than one account.

   Bonuses expire if the applicable wagering requirements are not completed within the time period specified in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your account balance. The time limit for each bonus will be stated clearly in that bonus's terms; where no time limit is stated, the default is 30 days from the date the bonus was credited.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on fbjee are subject to the following general rules. Sports-specific rules (cricket, football, kabaddi) and game-specific rules (slots, live casino, crash games) are published in the relevant game or market sections of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

   All bets are final once confirmed. A bet that has been accepted by the platform cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless the platform provides a specific "cash out" option for that market and the player exercises that option within the permitted time window.

   In the event of a technical fault, system error, or data feed interruption that affects the integrity of a bet or game outcome, fbjee reserves the right to declare that market or game round void and refund all stakes. This determination will be made in fbjee's sole discretion and is final.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fbjee platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following will have their account suspended immediately, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and all balances forfeited pending investigation. fbjee will pursue all available legal remedies where criminal conduct is identified.

   Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tool to interact with the platform in a manner that simulates human behaviour, accelerates gameplay beyond natural speed, or gains an unfair advantage in any game or market.

   Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information about hidden cards or game state in live casino environments, or coordinate betting patterns to exploit platform systems.

   Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, using stolen payment credentials, or using the platform to launder money in any form. fbjee complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

   Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using false information, for any purpose including but not limited to claiming multiple welcome bonuses, circumventing a self-exclusion, or avoiding account restrictions.

   Exploiting any technical error, software bug, pricing error or miscalculation in odds that gives rise to an obvious advantage not intended by fbjee. Players who identify such errors must report them to [email protected] without exploiting them. Any winnings derived from a known or obvious error are not valid and will not be paid.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

fbjee reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification within a required time frame; a request by the account holder to self-exclude; or a regulatory or legal obligation requiring fbjee to do so.

If your account is closed at your own request, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days. If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms or suspected fraud, fbjee reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. You will be notified of the investigation and provided with a reasonable opportunity to respond.

8. Responsible Gaming Commitment

9. Limitation of Liability

fbjee shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. fbjee does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from technical outages, maintenance windows, or circumstances outside fbjee's reasonable control including internet service disruptions, payment provider outages, or force majeure events.

10. Amendments to These Terms

fbjee may amend these Terms at any time. When amendments are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For amendments that materially affect your rights or obligations as a player, fbjee will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through a notice displayed on the platform or via the contact information held on their account.

Your continued use of the fbjee platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any available real-money balance. Requests to close your account should be sent to [email protected].
